Terms of service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms apply to Online for Orders (“the service”), operated by Kristaps Šteins, Latvia, reachable at [email protected] (“we”). By installing the app on your store you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

1. What the service does

The service checks, at the intervals of your plan, whether customers can buy from your online store (store online, products available, add to cart, checkout opening, shipping options, and on some plans a real browser and whether orders keep coming in) and alerts you when a check confirms a problem. On Shopify the checks stop when the checkout page opens: no order is placed and no payment is made. On WooCommerce, full checks can place a test order with a test payment method that charges nothing; you can switch this off.

2. Plans, trial and billing

3. Your responsibilities

4. No guarantee of detection

Monitoring reduces the time a problem goes unnoticed; it can't catch every problem. Checks run at intervals, follow a typical shopper's path, and can be stopped by your store's bot protection, by your platform or by outages outside our control. Alerts are sent only after a problem is confirmed by consecutive failed checks. The service does not replace your own testing, and you remain responsible for your store.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running around the clock but don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features; if we remove a feature your plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, profits, data or other indirect or consequential losses, including sales lost while a problem was not detected or alerted. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

7. Data

How we handle your store's data is described in our privacy policy. You keep all rights to your data.

8. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end the service for a store that breaks these terms, or end the service altogether with at least 30 days' notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
